The challenge
A fully operational business with no digital presence
Syed Kashif’s medical billing operation was already serving US healthcare providers — the business worked. What was missing was a website that could convert. Medical billing is trust-sensitive. A practice manager handing over their revenue cycle needs to feel confident in seconds. Generic web presence wouldn’t cut it. The site had to speak the language of the industry: HIPAA, ICD-10, denial rates, AR ageing, EDI. Every page had to earn its place.
