Aritro was amazing!! I have had to work with multiple web-developers in the past and Aritro was, by far, the best. In fact, he ranks among the best, if not the best, among other people I've had to hire and work with in the creation and conduct of my business. He went above and beyond, finding out things about my website that needed attention and correction and then correcting them without asking for any additional fee. Upon my asking, he provided additional tutorial videos (showing me how to do what I was asking him to do, so I could go in an make edits if I needed at a later time). He also generously agreed to do a zoom video call and walk me through the whole thing. In that call he went above and beyond, showing me the many numerous features and possibilities (things I didn't ask him about but which we gave extra time to let me know about). And, last but not least, he has a very friendly, generous, and likable personality, which made the whole process run smooth and without a glitch. When I kept having more questions, he was very patient and answered them without rushing me or showing any frustration. Instead, he kindly and generously took the time to address those things, and with a kind and friendly attitude at that. Because I my positive experience I'm planning to start another project with him in a couple of days.
